The name of that Robot is ACE. It is a genius Robot which is made in Germany. ACE stands for Autonomous City Explorer. It is made and operated by some academics in Technical University of Munich. This is one of the newest robot with has special ability in finding a location without Global Position System tracker (GPS tracker). Maybe you will ask, how that robot can find some place without GPS?
For trial the makers of ACE leave it in some university in German. And that robot has to find a place in the middle of Munich city (it is about 1,5 km). ACE robot is completed with camera and special software. Both have each function in finding some place. The camera will detect people around it and then ACE robot will go to some place (Munich city) by asking people which it found.
ACE robot will ask the people where the way to go that place (Munich City). If that people want to help, ACE robot will ask him to touch the screen and show the direction to some place. Beside this, ACE Robot will not forget to say thanks for everyone who have helped in finding that place. Those are the step by step how ACE Robot will find the place which it wanna go.
And the result of that trial, ACE can found that place in the middle of Munich city for 5 hours and has asked about 38 people on the road. The successfully of ACE Robot in finding that place made the makers very happy. I also want to say congrats to all of the makers!!
